Bradford Building, a small but thriving company, had a history of well-built and highly successful projects. Their clients were tremendously loyal and satisfied with their work, but they didn’t have the market share to compete for larger projects. We dissected their competitive set and honed in on their values and uncovered that Bradford was better at building relationships than anyone else. This insight helped us position them to step into a whole new class of business.
