Frank Ponterio, a celebrated Chicago-based interior designer, is often sought after for his attentiveness and sophistication. Tatum Design connected with Ponterio through a mutual design associate, and our team was tasked with creating an authentic brand identity that would leverage the unique strengths of the design studio. Throughout the creative process, we immersed ourselves in the designer’s work. His classical style and undivided loyalty to clients inspired the logo symbol of a handsome dog paired with the tagline, “Home Awaits.” The branding conveys belonging, comfort and companionship — the three primary themes of his interior design philosophy.
Each element of the brand identity campaign from the stationery to the website convey the truth and purity of the studio’s approach. Elegant printed pieces capture the romantic designs, and rich visuals add a keepsake quality to the studio’s look book.
